Processing & Shipping Policy
Our current processing time is 3–4 business days.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via the selected USPS service at checkout:
USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to factors outside our control.
If you need your order by a specific date, please include a note at checkout or contact us before placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns Policy
All sales are final due to the custom and personalized nature of our products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the problem quickly through a replacement or other appropriate solution.
